What is Sentiment?
Sentiment analysis measures how AI models speak about your brand when they mention you in their responses. Our algorithms analyze the context and key wording around your brand mentions to determine if the sentiment is positive, neutral, or negative.
Sentiment is analyzed consistently across all competitors in the same way, providing fair comparisons. A score of 50 means neutral - nothing particularly good or bad was said about your brand.

Scoring System
Sentiment scores range from 0 to 100, with clear interpretations:
Negative (0-40)
AI mentions your brand in a negative context, with critical or unfavorable language.
Neutral (40-60)
AI mentions your brand factually without positive or negative bias.
Positive (60-100)
AI mentions your brand with favorable language, recommendations, or praise.
